Internal Cable Routing
Internal cable routing on your Bacchetta creates a cleaner look and ensures the cables stay clean and lubricated.
Disk Brakes on Bacchettas
As disk brakes have become lighter, quieter and more powerful, road riders have seen the advantages of having powerful disk brakes. They have complete control on steep, windy descents and don’t have to worry about brake fade during extended braking
As disk brakes have become lighter, quieter and more powerful, road riders have seen the advantages of having powerful disk brakes. They have complete control on steep, windy descents and don’t have to worry about brake fade during extended braking.
Oversized head tube
With the additional power of disk brakes, Bacchetta riders need a fork that can handle the extra stress. Forks with tapered steerer tubes are stronger and result in better handling due to stiffness.
Thru-Axles
Thru-axles add additional stiffness and strength to the brake system of your bike and make it easier to remove and install wheels.
Clearance for Larger Tires
Let’s face it…our roads aren’t getting any better. And research shows that larger tires can result in a smoother ride without increasing rolling resistance.
Adroit2 Dropouts
Bacchetta premiered the first interchangeable dropouts a decade ago with the introduction of the Adroit system. This system allowed for easily swapping 130mm and 135mm dropouts to be able to use different wheels.
Now, the Bacchetta Adroit2 dropouts allow you to switch from 135mm axles with quick release to 142mm thru-axles with ease!
All of these changes result in not just minor improvements, but an evolutionary step forward in recumbent bicycle design. Test ride one today and see why Bacchetta has been the leader in recumbents for over two decades! And now through November 1, you can get a great deal on your next bike!
