Returns and exchanges

• Bikes and trikes must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of item. Returns or exchange of parts and accessories must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was purchased. Please include some sort of note or receipt with the return so that we can find the order in our system. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
  
• All returns, including refunds of deposits, will be charged a 5% fee to cover administrative costs. Exchanges will not be charged this fee.
