Shipping

We ship parts and accessories via UPS from North Hollywood, California, Monday thru Thursday. Orders placed after noon on Thursday, on Friday or the weekends will not ship out until the following Monday.

Bikes and trikes are shipped freight via R&L Carriers.

Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited service on our website. If you need expedited service, please contact us before placing your order.

UPS uses dimensional weight when determining shipping rates. This means that the shipping cost is determined not only by weight, but also by the box dimensions. This is why seats, wire bead tires and handlebars are so much more expensive to ship. And sometimes our system overcharges for shipping. If this is the case, we will refund the difference back to you. You will receive a notification from us if this has happened and you will see a credit to your credit card in about three days. Please do not call us proactively about this if the shipping seems high to you. We can only see what our shipping costs are AFTER we print the shipping label.

We also make USPS Priority Mail service available. Please note that our mail carrier does not come to the shop every day, so if you select this option, it may be 2-3 days before your package ships.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you are seeing a message from UPS stating that they do not have the package yet, please allow up to 48 hours before reaching out to us about the status of your package as it may take that long before UPS recognizes your order in their system.
