Shop Ride March 30th with Paul Hollants of HP Velotechnik
On Sunday, March 30, 2025, we are going to have a very special ride from our shop. Paul Hollants, co-founder of HP Velotechnik International, will be joining us on a 30 mile ride out to Griffith Park and back. The ride will feature amazing views of the Los Angeles basin, including the Hollywood sign, Griffith Park Observatory, the Greek Theater and the LA River Bike Path.
Paul and I will be riding electric-assist Scorpion trikes. We will keep a pace of about 14mph on the flats and 8-10mph on the climbs. All bikes and trikes are welcome, but please note that there will be no sag support. So make sure you carry everything you need to manage minor repairs. We will meet up a few times during the ride.
The ride starts promptly at 10am. Coffee at Columbe Coffee on the LA River will be sponsored by us. Please park on the street and arrive early enough to leave at 10am.
